This Refund Policy explains the terms under which fees paid to Rajabala Shiksha Foundation may be refunded. Please read it carefully before making any payment.
Admission & Course Fees
Fees are collected to reserve a seat and to cover the cost of running our programmes. As a general rule:
- Registration and admission charges are non-refundable once a seat has been confirmed
- Course fees may be considered for a partial refund only in exceptional circumstances
- Any refund approved will be processed to the original mode of payment
Cancellation by the Student
If you wish to withdraw before a batch begins, please inform our office in writing at the earliest. Requests made well before the batch start date will be given the fullest possible consideration.
Cancellation by the Foundation
If a programme is cancelled or cannot be conducted by the foundation, students will be offered a transfer to another batch or a refund of the fees paid towards that programme.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us with your name, enrolment details and payment receipt. Each request is reviewed individually and we aim to respond promptly and fairly.
